Acceptable Use Policy

• Anything that violates applicable law or a court order, or that facilitates others in doing so.
• Content or conduct that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or that discloses trade secrets or confidential information without authorisation.
• Child sexual abuse material; content that sexualises minors; non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism; incitement of violence or self-harm; sale of weapons, controlled substances, or other regulated goods.
• Fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, or deceptive solicitation.

• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Services or any system, except under a written authorisation from us.
• Circumventing authentication, rate limits, quotas, or access controls; accessing data or accounts that are not yours.
• Distributing malware; launching denial-of-service attacks; interfering with service to any user, host, or network.
• Automated access — scraping, crawling, or bulk export — except through interfaces we provide and within their documented limits.

• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or repetitive low-value content.
• Creating multiple or fake accounts, artificially inflating activity, or manipulating matching, rankings, or reputation signals.
• Impersonation; misrepresenting skills, experience, or affiliation; recruiting for activities that violate this Policy.
• Using the Services to build or train a competing dataset or service from other members’ data.

Report suspected abuse or security issues to foundbrew@gmail.com. We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, throttling or suspending accounts, preserving and disclosing information to law enforcement, and pursuing legal remedies. We may act immediately and without notice where there is a risk of harm. See also the Code of Conduct.
