Community
Foundbrew is a place to build real things with other people. That only works if it is a place people can do their best work without being harassed, demeaned, or exploited. This Code applies to every space Foundbrew runs — the platform, events, calls, chats and repositories — and to conduct outside those spaces that affects the safety of the community.

If you experience or witness a breach of this Code, contact the Foundbrew core team at foundbrew@gmail.com. Reports are read by a small, named group. Tell us what happened, who was involved, any evidence you have, and what outcome you are hoping for. You may report anonymously, though it may limit what we can do.
We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days, keep it as confidential as we reasonably can, and not retaliate or tolerate retaliation. If a core-team member is the subject of a report, they are recused from handling it.

We investigate proportionately and decide on the balance of probabilities. Depending on severity and history, responses include: a private warning; required apology or corrective action; temporary suspension; removal from a project or event; permanent removal from Foundbrew; and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
We aim to tell both the reporter and the subject the outcome that affects them. Decisions of the core team are final. Membership is a revocable permission, and we may act to protect the community even where a breach is not clear-cut.

This Code sits alongside our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. A breach of this Code is also a breach of the Terms.
